PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acceleration sensor which enables an acceleration detection of high accuracy and can cope with changing of acceleration to be detected easily and at low cost.;SOLUTION: In an acceleration sensor 210A, voltage according to degree of added acceleration is output from a piezoelectric material part 212. The voltage passes through capacitors 214A, 214B and 214C, which are provided to switching circuits 216A, 216B and 216C and have different capacities, to be determined at CMOS inverters 215A, 215B and 215C. Since the number of the CMOS inverters which are turned on changes according to the magnitude of the voltage output from the piezoelectric material part 212, the acceleration can be determined digitally.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
