PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acceleration sensor, an oscillator, and an avian influenza monitoring system, which allow highly sensitive detection of a low-frequency oscillation while keeping the size of a device compact.;SOLUTION: An acceleration sensor 210A includes an oscillator 211 having a characteristic of oscillating in a harmonic wave component caused by applying external force, enabling the oscillator 211 to detect a harmonic wave, detecting an oscillation in a frequency domain lower than a resonance frequency. Further, plural oscillators 211 are provided and arrayed so that the resonance frequencies F are different among the plural oscillators 211, and thereby the oscillation is detected over a frequency band such as 5 through 15 Hz. Preferably, the oscillator 211 has its width w substantially smaller than the width of a weight support part 215a and includes a beam part 215b formed in an S or zigzag shape.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
