不同材料修复牙体楔形缺损的临床疗效对照研究

摘要

目的：：探讨并研究两种不同材料修复牙体楔形缺损的临床疗效。方法：选取2013年1月~2015年7月某院收治的110例牙体楔形缺损患者作为临床研究对象,按照不同材料的修复方式将患者分为两组：对照组采用富士 IX玻璃离子常规方法进行牙齿修复,研究组采用P60复合树脂充填材料进行修复。结果：1年后复查两组患者的固位、脱落、咀嚼状况并进行比较,研究组在固位、脱落、咀嚼状况上明显优于对照组；研究组总有效率为98.2%,对照组总有效率为70.9%,两组差距较明显,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论：研究组采用P60复合树脂充填材料对楔形缺损患者进行修复效果良好,提高了患者牙齿修复后的咀嚼能力,对改善患者的预后有一定的临床意义,值得我们在临床大力推广。%Objective:To investigate and study clinical curative effect of the two different materials to re-pair the tooth wedge-shaped defects.Methods:110 cases with tooth wedge-shaped defects treated in a hospi-tal from January 2013 to July 2015 were taken as research object.According to different materials for repair, the patients were divided into two groups:control group treated with conventional methods by using Fuji IX glass ion for tooth repair,and the research group were treated with P60 composite resin filling materials.Re-sults:After a year,reexamine the retention,fall off and the condition of chewing of the two groups and then compare the results.It was found that the situation of the research group is better than that of the control group.The total effective rate of the research group was 98.2%,the control group was 70.9%.There was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:P60 composite resin filling materials is good for the research group's recovery of teeth,has improved the patients'chewing ability,which is signifi-cant for the prognosis of patients and is worthy of promotion in clinic.
