Objective:To analyse the effect of different enteral nutrition infusion on inflammatory factors in patients with respiratory failure treated by mechanical ventilation.Methods:68 patients with respiratory failure treated by mechanical ventilation were selected in our hospital as the research obj ects,and were divid-ed into continuous group and intermittent group,with 34 in each group.In the continuous group,the pa-tients were given continuous infusion,and the intermittent nutrition infusion were given to the patients in the intermittent group.The differences of serum inflammatory factors and complications between the two groups were compared.Results:At the seventh day,the levels of serum inflammatory factor TNF-αand IL-8 of the two groups were both lower than those in the beginning of the nutrition,and the intermittent group was sig-nificantly lower than that in the continuous group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the inci-dence of total complications between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of intermit-tent enteral nutrition infusion in patients with respiratory failure treated by mechanical ventilation can reduce the level of inflammatory factors and have high security and clinical application value.%目的::探讨分析不同肠内营养输注方式对呼吸衰竭机械通气患者炎症因子的影响。方法:选取某院收治的68例呼吸衰竭机械通气患者为研究对象,随机分为持续组与间歇组各34例,持续组患者给予持续性营养输注方式,间歇组患者给予间歇性营养输注方式,比较两组患者血清炎症因子水平及并发症情况之间的差异。结果:两组患者肠内营养第7日血清炎症因子 TNF-α、IL-8水平均较营养开始时前有所降低,而间歇组比持续组的降低幅度更大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者总并发症的发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在呼吸衰竭机械通气中患者实施间歇性营养输注方式肠内营养,降低机体炎症因子水平,安全性高,具有较高的临床应用价值。
