心脏B超与心电图诊断高血压性心脏病的对比分析

摘要

目的：：对比分析心脏 B 超与心电图诊断高血压性心脏病的诊断准确率,为早期诊断和治疗提供科学依据。方法：分析某院收治的120例高血压性心脏病患者的临床资料,分别进行心脏 B 超和心电图检查诊断,比较两种诊断方法对左室扩大、左室肥厚、左房增大的诊断检出率。结果：心脏 B 超检查符合左室扩大诊断标准的患者44例,检出率为36.7%,93例符合左室肥厚诊断标准,检出率77.5%,51例符合左房增大诊断标准,检出率42.5%；心电图检查诊断为左室扩大21例(17.5%),左室肥厚39例(32.5%),左房增大10例(8.3%),两种诊断方法对左房增大、左室肥厚、左室扩大诊断检出率比较,具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论：心脏 B 超对高血压性心脏病的检出率高于心电图检出率,心脏 B 超对心脏变化较为敏感,是一种有效的快速检测诊断方法,值得临床推广应用。%Objective:To compare the accuracy rate in the diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease by B-mode ultrasonography and the electrocardiogram in orde to provide a scientific basis for the early diagnosis and treatment of hypertensive heart disease.Methods:Clinical data of 120 cases of hypertensive heart disease patients were analysised,the data were diagnosed by B-mode ultrasonography and the electrocardiogram. Compare the diagnostic detection rate of the left ventricular enlargement,left ventricular hypertrophy,and left atrial enlargement by two diagnostic methods.Results:There are respectively 44 cases,93 cases and 5 1 ca-ses meeting the diagnostic criteria for the left ventricular enlargement,left ventricular hypertrophy,and left atrial enlargement by B-mode ultrasonography,the detection rate was 36.7%,77.5% and 42.5%.And 21 ca-ses,39 cases and 10 cases met the diagnostic criteria for the left ventricular enlargement,left ventricular hy-pertrophy,and left atrial enlargement by the electrocardiogram,the detection rate was 17.5%,32.5% and 8.3%.The detection rates differences between the two methods were statistically significant(P <0.05).Con-clusion:B-mode ultrasonography has higher detection rate than electrocardiogram in diagnosing hypertensive heart disease,it is an effective method for the rapid testing and diagnosis and is worthy to be popularized.
