中西医结合疗法治疗婴幼儿湿疹的临床有效性评价

摘要

目的:评价使用中西医结合疗法治疗婴幼儿湿疹的临床有效性.方法:将某院2015年9月~2016年9月期间接收并治疗的婴幼儿湿疹患儿69例分为两组,对照组使用常规西医治疗,试验组则使用中西医结合疗法,对比分析两组治疗后的临床有效性.结果:试验组患儿治疗后临床指标改善时间、中医症候积分、EASI评分及总有效率高于对照组,比较差异显著,P<0.05.结论:使用中西医结合疗法治疗婴幼儿湿疹的临床有效性显著,值得推广.%Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of infantile eczema.Methods:69 cases of children with eczema and eczema received from September 2015 to September 2016 were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The experimental traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared after treatment.Results:The improvement time, TCM syndrome score, EASI score and total effective rate of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of the treatment of infantile eczema with the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine is remarkable.
