顺尔宁治疗儿童支气管哮喘的效果及对症状消失时间和复发率的影响

摘要

Objective:To investigate the effect of Shun'erning on children with bronchial asthma and its effect on the disappearance of symptoms and recurrence rate.Methods:A total of 84 children with bronchial asthma were enrolled in this study from June 2014 to June 2015.In this study,the patients in the conventional group were given the basic treatment plan.The experimental group received the basic treatment +Shun'erning.Results:The total effective rate and recurrence rate were 97.62% and 4.76% in the experimental group,80.95% and 26.19% in the conventional group respectively (P<0.05).The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Treating children with bronchial asthma with Shun'ering can obtain the ideal therapeutic effect and help the children to improve the clinical symptoms in time, which is worth practicing.%目的:探究顺尔宁治疗儿童支气管哮喘的效果及对症状消失时间和复发率的影响.方法:择取某院2014年6月~2015年6月收治的儿童支气管哮喘患儿84例纳入本次实验研究,常规组患儿给予基础治疗方案,实验组给予基础治疗+顺尔宁治疗方案.结果:实验组患儿的治疗总有效率与复发率分别为97.62%与4.76%,常规组分别为80.95%与26.19%,P<0.05;实验组患儿各项临床症状消失时间均明显短于常规组,P<0.05.结论:对儿童支气管哮喘患儿采取顺尔宁进行治疗可获得较为理想的治疗效果,帮助患儿及时改善临床症状,值得实践推广.
