PDCA循环法降低药房处方调配差错率的作用分析

         

摘要

目的:分析PDCA循环法降低门诊药房处方调配内部差错率的作用,为临床管理提供指导.方法:于2015年10月对某院门诊药房实施PDCA循环法进行管理,对2015年7月~2015年9月(实施前)和实施后2016年1~3月的药房处方调配差错率进行回顾性分析,分析比较实施前后药房处方调配差错率.结果:实施前药房处方调配差错情况具体为:品种和规格错误所占比例为28.94%,数量错误所占比例为53.19%,用法错误所占比例为17.87%;实施后,品种和规格错误所占比例较实施前下降了55.88%,数量错误所占比例较实施前下降了60.80%,用法错误所占比例较实施前下降了76.19%,总差错率较实施前下降了62.13%,实施后的药房处方调配差错率显著优于实施前,P<0.05.结论:PDCA循环法可有效降低药房处方调配差错率,值得各医院大力推广.%Objective:To analyze the effect of PDCA circulatory method on reducing the internal error rate of prescription dispensing in outpatient pharmacy and provide guidance for clinical management.Methods:The PDCA circulatory method was managed by an outpatient pharmacy in October 2015.A review was conducted on the dispensing rate of pharmacy prescribing in July 2015 to September 2015 (before implementation) and in January to March of 2016 (after implementation),and then analyzed and compared the pharmacy prescription deployment error rate before and after adopting the method.Results:The proportion of the prescription of the pharmacy prescription was 28.94%,the proportion of the number of errors was 53.19%,and the proportion of the usage error was 17.87%.After the implementation,the varieties and specifications error decreased 55.88%,the proportion of the number of errors decreased 60.80%,the proportion of usage errors decreased 76.19%,the total error rate decreased 62.13%.Pharmacy prescription deployment error rate was significantly better than before the implementation (P<0.05).Conclusion:PDCA cycle method can effectively reduce the prescribing error rate of pharmacy prescription,which is worthy to be popularized by various hospitals.
