爆轰法制备纳米氧化铈的提纯方法

     

摘要

爆轰合成纳米氧化铈过程中,爆轰产物中含有部分可溶于酸的金属氧化物杂质.为去除这些杂质,获得高纯度的纳米氧化铈粉末,设计了基于硝酸、盐酸两种酸的正交试验,考查了硝酸量、盐酸量、提纯时间、提纯温度等参数对纳米氧化铈纯度的影响,提出了适用于爆轰法制备的纳米氧化铈的提纯方法.结果表明,温度对于纯度的影响最为显著,硝酸量和盐酸量两因素本身对纯度的影响均不大,但二者表现出了强烈的交互作用.验证实验表明,正交试验设计合理,通过该方法得到的纳米氧化铈纯度可达到99.9%以上.%In the synthetic process of nanosized ceria by detonation method,some acid-soluble metallic oxide impuritiesmainly were always found in the detonation products.In order to remove those impurities and to obtain high purity nanosized ceria,an orthogonal experiment was designed based on nitric acid and hydrochloric acid.Several processing parameters which may influence the purity of nanosized ceria were studied.These parameters included quantity of HNO3,quantity of HC1,purifying time and temperature.The purification method for the nanosized ceria just prepared by the detonation method was presented.The results indicated that temperature most remarkably influences the product purity,and quantities of HNO3 and HCl do little,even though both exhibit a strong interaction.Confirmatory experiments showed that the orthogonal experiment was reasonabe and the purity of nanosized ceria could reach up to 99.9% through method.
