磁性材料及元器件企业“三大规范”体系框架及明细表编制方法浅析

     

摘要

设计规范、工艺规范和试验规范(简称“三大规范”)是企业技术标准的核心。“三大规范”工作的前提是其在技术标准体系里定位准确,能覆盖企业产品体系。提出一种建立“三大规范”系统的工作思路,即根据“先建立体系,后编制规范”的工作原则。以磁性材料及元器件企业为例,首先结合企业特点及发展方向梳理形成产品体系,然后按行业特点梳理现有技术规范体系,最终形成“三大规范”的体系框架和明细表。形成的“三大规范”体系框架与企业产品体系结构一致,分类明确,层次恰当,划分明确,具有一定的前瞻性,应能适应企业未来3~5年的发展需求。%Design specification, process specification and test specification (hereafter referred to as ‘Three Technical Specifications’) are key technological specifications of a company. The position of the ‘Three Technical Specifications’ is accurate in technology specification system, and product system is completely, these are premise condition of ‘Three Technical Specifications’ task. This article advances a way of building system of ’Three Technical Specifications’. The principle is building system firstly and then formulating specification. Firstly product systems should be cleared considering the programming direction and technology character of company. Then current general technology specifications should be cleared according to the character of magnetic materials and devices industry, Finally system frame and diagram of the ‘Three Technical Specifications’ can be confirmed. Ultimate the ‘Three Technical Specifications’ system frame is adaptive and in accordance with product system with definite classification, fit distinction which can accommodate 3 to 5 years development of company.
