高稳定性三路可调电感组件优化设计

             

摘要

Firstly, carbonyl iron magnetic powder material with high frequency, high Q value and high permeability was prepared. Then magnetic powder core and integrated framework were made of this material, and a high stability magnetic tunable assembly was designed. According to the frequency characteristics of carbonyl iron, the circuit parameters and optimized structure were determined. The assembly features a dimensions of 10 mm×104 mm×8 mm, inductance adjustment range of 3.8 to 5.0 μH, Q value of equal or greater than 20 at 5 MHz, self-tuning frequency of equal or greater than 8 f0, and DC resistance ( R12) of 1.5 ±0.3Ω.%首先制备了一种高频高Q值、高磁导率羰基铁磁粉材料,利用这种材料制成磁粉芯和一体化骨架,设计了一种高稳定性磁性调谐组件.通过结合羰基铁的频率特性,确定电路参数和优化结构.器件外形尺寸:10 mm×104 mm×8 mm,器件性能为,电感量调节范围:3.8~5.0 μH,Q值:≥20(频率:5 MHz),自谐频率:≥8 f0,直流电阻(R12):1.5±0.3 ?.
