简谐势阱中理想电子气的热力学势和磁性

     

摘要

以平均场理论为基础,研究了简谐势阱中理想电子气的磁性质.导出了该系统的热力学势、轨道磁矩、磁化率、电流密度和粒子数密度随磁场的变化关系,进而分析了约束势阱对理想电子气磁性质的影响.计算表明,系统的相图可以划分为微观涨落、朗道抗磁和德·哈斯-范·阿尔芬振荡三个特征区.%We studied the magnetism of ideal electron gases under a harmonic trap based on the mean-field theory. We derived the analytical expressions of thermodynamic potential, the orbital magnetism, susceptibility, current density and particle number density as a function of the external magnetic field. And then, we analyzed the influence of confining potential on magnetic properties of ideal electron gases. The calculated results demonstrate that the phase diagram of ideal electron gases can be classified into three characteristic regions: microscopic fluctuation, Laudau diamagnetism and De Hass-Van Alphen oscillation.
