普通高校大学生参加休闲体育活动现状研究

摘要

In this paper, literature, questionnaires, and methods of mathematical statistics are applied to in-vestigate students ’ participation in sports and leisure in six Anhui universities , including Suzhou College , Bengbu College , West Anhui University , Hefei University of Technology , Anqing Teachers College and Huangshan Univer-sity.As the results indicate, students’ participation in sports and leisure is mainly motivated by teachers ’ instruc-tions, the purposes of participation are mainly physical exercises , school playground is the principal resorts of students ’ participation and funds invested in this field are inadequate .Therefore , universities are supposed to facil-itate wider varieties of student sports activities , and input more to raise students ’ interest.The government should invest more funding in the construction of college sports facilities to meet current demand and ensure the positive development of school sports .%本文对高校大学生参加休闲体育活动状况进行了研究。结果表明，高校大学生参加休闲体育的方法主要以老师组织为主，参加目的主要以提高身体素质为主，场所选择主要以田径场为主，对休闲体育费用的投入较少。对此学校要组织学生以多种形式来体验休闲体育，培养学生对不同项目的兴趣；政府应进一步加强对高校体育场馆的建设和经费投入的力度，以满足当前需求，保证学校休闲体育的健康发展。
