论当代大学生素质的结构性优化

摘要

Aiming at problems about structural defects of contemporary college students ’ quality appearing dur-ing their growth process such as paying too much attention to intellectual training while ignoring the development of the moral , physical , aesthetic and psychological qualities; attaching too much importance to theoretical knowledge learning but ignoring the accumulation of practical experience ;laying too much emphasis on mastering others ’ theo-retical knowledge while ignoring how to converse , recreate and innovate those knowledge;excessively relying on the metaphysical thinking way but ignoring the training of materialist dialectic thinking way ;laying too much emphasis on the virtual network relationship while ignoring the realistic interpersonal communication and so on , the thesis analyzes the reasons that result in these structural defects , and further proposes the measures about how to achieve the struc-tural optimization of contemporary college students ’ quality .%当代大学生在成长、成才的过程中存在着过于重视智力培养，忽视德育、体育、美育、心理等素质发展；过于重视理论知识学习，忽视实践经验积累；过于注重掌握已有理论知识，忽视转换、再造、创新理论知识；过于倚重形而上学的思维方式，忽视唯物辩证法思维方式培养；过于注重虚拟网络关系，忽视现实人际交往等结构性缺陷问题。分析造成这些结构性缺陷的原因，有助于进一步提出实现大学生成长的结构性优化路径。
