新时期高职生应具备的职业素质与培养策略

Professional qualifications are very important factors which affect the competitiveness in employment for vo- cational college students and qualification training in higher vocational colleges. Knowing the professional requirements from enterprises, with the situation of professional qualification training for vocational college students will provide implications on the reforms of students＂ professional qualification training from programs, teaching ways, and employment instruction as well as from construction of campus culture and good learning environment.%职业素质是影响高职生就业竞争力和高职院校人才培养质量的重要因素。探求企业的用人要求,结合高职生的职业素质现状,高职院校可以从改革人才培养计划、改革教学、启动阳光心理与就业指导工程、营造良好的校园文化氛围和搭建良好的社会实践平台等方面来培养学生的职业素质。
