基于AHP的矿山生态指标自适应评价系统设计

         

摘要

针对福建省丘陵地带的矿山开采对生态环境影响及恢复治理所涉及的复杂指标体系,利用AHP方法建立科学的权重指标分析,将复杂模糊的矿山环境评价定性指标转换成为直观的定量分析指标体系,结合B/S模式和数据库设计与管理技术设计实现适用于丘陵地带的矿山生态环境评价系统。系统可通过调整修改评价指标结构及判断矩阵实现对不同类型、不同区域环境下的矿山生态环境评价的需求,并通过福建省龙岩市的红一煤矿及林桂铁矿的环境影响实测数据对系统进行评价验证,评价结果表明,系统可以实现对不同矿山开采造成的生态环境影响做出相应的客观评价。论述了矿山生态环境评价因子、评价方法及过程的指标建模、评价结论等级形成的流程设计及指标体系数据库设计的相关技术过程。%For the complex index system of the ecological environment impact and restoration of the mine exploitation in the hilly regions of Fujian Province, we use AHP method to analyze scientifically the index of weights. The complex fuzzy mine environment evaluation index system of qualitative analysis is transformed to a quantitative one. We combine the B/S model with the design of database to implement mine ecological environment evaluation system. The system can be adjusted to modify the evaluation index structure and determine the matrix to achieve the requirements of the ecological environment of mining under different types of regional environment and can be evaluated and verified by actual data on environment obtained at Hongyi Coal and Lingui Iron Mine of Longyan City of Fujian Province. The results indicate the system can realize the objective evaluation of the ecological environment impact caused by different mining exploitation. The paper mainly discusses the technical process of the mine ecological environment evaluation factor, the evaluation method, the index of process design, the process design and the database design of the index system.
