论“以工促农、以城带乡”背景下新农村建设和城镇化的辩证关系

With the reform and the opening of China＇s rapid economic development, our country has en tered a new stage of industrialization of ＂industry feeding back agriculture, city supporting countryside＂, and then the new rural construction and urbanization development has become ＂one thingn to a certain extent on the conditions. Besides, everything has emerged in the general connection and the eternal development, its development has been based on more appropriate conditions in a certain stage. And the dialectical relations between the construction of new countryside and urbanization in industry nurturing agriculture and cities supporting the countryside is the interaction and mutual influence in coordinated urban and rural ecological develovment circle, in addition to the integrations.%随着改革开放后中国经济的快速发展我国已进入“工业反哺农业，城市支持农村”（“以工促农、以城带乡”）的新的工业化阶段，而新农村建设和城镇化发展也在某种程度上变成了“一回事”。但是，一切事物除了是处在普遍联系和永恒的发展中之外，其它某个阶段的发展更是以适当条件的出现为基础的。而新农村建设和城镇化之间除了是不可分割的之外，在城乡协调的生态发展圈中，它们彼此又是相互作用、相互影响的。
