甘肃农村妇女政治参与边缘化--以甘肃省×村为例

摘要

Rural women’ s political participation is not only the important symbol of the democratic development at the grassroots level but also the major way for rural women to demand their interests and express their aspirations. Although the grassroots democracy is developing significantly in our country at present, it still has many problems a-mong which rural women’ s political passive participation and their marginalization are especially noticeable in Gan-su Province.This paper, taking the rural women’ s political participation in X Village of Gansu Province as an ex-ample, analyzes factors such as the traditional culture, women’ s own cultural qualities, economic development sit-uation, and the lack of system.It puts forwards to coordinate and operate culture, education, economy, and insti-tutions to solve the problem so that rural women’ s political participation in Gansu Province will be promoted.%农村妇女政治参与既是基层民主发展的重要标志，也是农村妇女利益诉求和愿望表达的重要方式。目前我国基层民主发展显著，但仍存在不少问题，特别是甘肃农村妇女政治参与程度低并处于边缘化状态。以甘肃省 X村妇女政治参与状况为例，从传统文化、妇女自身文化素质、经济发展状况、制度缺失等因素分析，进而提出文化、教育、经济、制度等方面协调运作来解决妇女政治参与边缘化问题，以便推动甘肃农村妇女政治参与。
