目的：观察临床护理路径与整体护理整合应用于产科护理中的临床效果。方法：选取庆阳市中医医院2014年3月至2015年3月收治的98例住院分娩，将其随机分为两组，每组49例，对照组和观察组产妇分别采用整体护理措施和临床护理路径与整体护理整合措施，比较两组产妇的护理满意度、平均住院时间及知识掌握情况等指标。结果：两组产妇的护理满意度相比，观察组明显优于对照组（P ＜0．05）。两组产妇的平均住院时间及平均住院费用相比，观察组明显少于对照组（ P＜0．05）。两组产妇的相关知识掌握情况及技能掌握情况相比，观察组明显优于对照组（ P ＜0．05）。结论：临床护理路径与整体护理整合应用于产科护理中具有良好的效果，有利于提高产妇对护理的满意度，减少住院费用，还能缩短住院时间和提高产妇对相关知识及技能的掌握情况。%Objective:To observe the effect of integrated application of clinical nursing pathway and holistic nursing in obstetrics nursing .Methods:98 cases of hospital delivery in the Hospital of traditional chinese medicine from March 2014 to March 2015 were divided into two groups randomly ,with 49 patients each . The control group were given overall nursing care and the observation group were given integrated applica -tion of clinical nursing pathway and holistic nursing in obstetrics nursing .The two groups were compared in aspects of nursing satisfaction , average hospital stay and knowledge on pregnancy , etc.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group ( P<0 . 05).The average hospitalization time and average hospital stay of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group ( P<0.05).The relevant knowledge on pregnancy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The the integrated application of clinical nursing pathway and holistic nursing in obstetrics nursing helps to improve the nurs -ing efficiency and enhance the nursing effect ,reduce the pay in hospital ,Cut down the time of treatment as well broaden their horizon of related know ledges and skills .
