醒脑益智汤联合西药治疗血管性痴呆60例疗效观察

摘要

目的:观察醒脑益智汤联合西药治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效.方法:将确诊的血管性痴呆患者120例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,在常规对症治疗的基础上,对照组给予舒血宁、脑苷肌肽、阿司匹林、多奈哌齐治疗;治疗组在对照组的基础上,加服醒脑益智汤治疗.2组疗程均为1年,观察2组患者治疗前后简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评分、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分,评价临床疗效.结果:治疗组总有效率93.3％,对照组总有效率81.7％,2组疗效比较差异有显著性意义(P＜0.01).治疗组治疗后MMSE、ADL评分与治疗前比较差异均有显著性意义(P＜0.01);与对照组治疗后比较差异均有显著性意义(P＜0.05).结论:醒脑益智汤联合西药治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效优于单纯西药治疗,且副作用相对较少.%Objective: to observe the effect of XingNao-YiZhiTang combined with western medicine on treating vascular dementia.Methods: 120 patients with vascular dementia were randomly divided into two groups--treatment group and control group,each group had 60 cases.The control group was given ShuXuening Tablet,cerebroside-kinin,aspirin and donepezil while the treatment group was treated by XingNao-YiZhiTang with ShuXuening Tablet,cerebroside-kinin,aspirin and donepezil.A treatment course lasts 2 years for each group.We observed the changes of MMSE and ADL to evaluate clinical curative effect.Results: total efficiency of the treatment group was 93.3％ while the total efficiency of control group was 81.7％.There were significant difference between the two groups(p<0.01);It had significant difference in the scores of MMSE and ADL before and after for treatment group(p<0.01);compared with the scores for the control group after treating,there was also significant difference.Conclusions: the clinical effect of XingNao-YiZhiTang with western medicine was superior to western medicine treatment alone and had fewer side effects.
