喷气燃料润滑性研究

     

摘要

In order to investigate the lubricity of jet fuel, which could be also used as diesel fuel, the tri⁃biological properties of dimer acids as anti⁃wear additive in jet fuel were evaluated using both high frequency reciprocating rig apparatus and ball⁃on⁃cylinder lubricity evaluator. The combined performance of dimer acids and other additives in jet fuel was also investigated. It is found that dimer acids has a good susceptibility to jet fuel, the lubricity of jet fuel could be met with the concentration of dimer acid at 12μg/g, the lubricity of automobile diesel fuel could be within the regulated limit of 460μm with that above 80μg/g and the lubricity of marine diesel fuel could approach the limited value of 520μm with that at 80μg/g. The dimer acid shows a great compatibility with additives in jet fuel in terms of its anti⁃static additive, metal deactivator and anti⁃icing agent.%为了考察喷气燃料的润滑性能,同时兼顾其用做柴油的润滑性能,分别采用高频往复试验机和球柱润滑性评定仪考察了二聚酸抗磨剂对喷气燃料润滑性能的影响,并探讨了二聚酸抗磨剂与喷气燃料其他添加剂的配伍性能。试验结果表明:喷气燃料对二聚酸具有较好的感受性,二聚酸抗磨剂添加量为12μg/g时,即可满足喷气燃料对润滑性能的要求;添加量为80μg/g时,即可满足船用馏分燃料对润滑性能(磨痕直径小于520μm)的要求;添加量大于80μg/g时,即可满足车用柴油对润滑性能(磨痕直径小于460μm)的要求。二聚酸抗磨剂与抗静电剂、金属钝化剂和防冰剂具有较好的配伍性能。
