论贪污受贿犯罪量刑标准与终身监禁制度的适用

With the implementation of "The Amendment of Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China (nine)" in November 1, 2015, the amendment has become a public topic again after August. The criminal policy of anti-corruption and the public attention to corruption crimes have become the highlight of the amendment. This paper analyzes "the Amendment" that the standards of conviction and punishment has been amended and the life imprisonment system for the crime of embezzlement and bribery has been newly implemented.%2015年11月1日，随着《刑法修正案(九)》的实施，该修正案继八月通过后再次成为公众话题。反腐的刑事政策和公众关注使贪腐犯罪修改将成为本次修正案的重头戏。文章分析了《刑法修正案(九)》中关于修改贪腐犯罪的定罪量刑标准和新增特别重大贪污受贿犯罪适用的终身监禁制度，以便更好地理解和适用《刑法修正案(九)》。
