随着我国市场经济的不断深化，中小企业得到迅猛发展，中小企业对我国国民经济的持续高速增长起到了重要作用。但中小企业由于安全技术落后、事故隐患多、作业环境差，而且中小企业集聚了我国绝大部分的劳动力，工伤事故和职业危害相对严重。这些安全事故的发生既严重损害了我国的国民经济，又给社会的和谐和人们的安居乐业带来了诸多不稳定的因素。笔者结合生产实例，对某中小企业的安全生产状况做出了系统的评价，借助于这个实例，对我国中小企业的安全评价总结出几点思考和建议。这对于促进我国中小企业的安全评价的推行，提升我国中小企业的安全管理水平，将具有一定的借鉴作用和指导意义。%With the growth of national market, the small and medium enterprises develop rapidly, and play vi-tal roles in rapid growth of the national economy. However, because of lag in safety technology, many hidden accidents and poor working conditions, these enterprises, who gather mass of labors, have relatively serious work-related injuries accidents and occupational hazards. The safety accidents seriously affect national econo-my and social harmony. Combining with a certain example, systematic assessment is made for safety-produc-tion situation of a small and medium enterprise, and a few considerations and suggestions have certain in-structive significance to promote implementation of the safety assessment, and to improve management level.
