校企联姻:地方高校与民营企业培训的双赢战略

             

摘要

In the people-oriented modem enterprises management, employees training has been a key part of human resources development.More effective and good employees training has been a necessary requirement to the creative development of private enterprises.Simultaneously, enterprises training has been a extension of local universities social service.The"collaboration between universities and enterprises"training model is exactly the effective win-win collaboration mechanism between universities andprivate enterprises.%"以人为本"的现代企业管理中,员工培训成为人力资源开发的重要环节。高效、优质的员工培训成为民营企业创新发展的必然需求;同时,企业培训也成为地方高校社会服务职能拓展的延伸。"校企联姻"的企业培训模式,恰恰就是地方高校与民营企业双赢的有效合作机制。
