共轭聚合体有机太阳能电池:从基础研究到发展现状

@@ The intensive research performed in the field of conjugated polymers during the last four decades gave rise to a new class of materials, in which the electrical conductivity can be adjusted to cover the entire range from pure insulator to metallic[1].Their ease of processability, low weight, mechanical flexibility and potential low production cost triggered the use of these "plastic semiconductors" for electronic device applications.
