波纹钢腹板PC组合箱梁桥的结构特点与施工技术

摘要

波纹钢腹板PC组合箱梁采用折线型钢板代替传统箱梁的混凝土腹板,使结构整体自重减轻,提高预应力效率,提高耐久性,并且施工连接方便,工期缩短,降低成本。本文主要研究波纹钢腹板箱梁的结构特点与施工技术,并结合山东鄄城黄河公路大桥的施工方案阐述波纹钢腹板箱梁的结构优点及施工特点。%PC composite box-girder bridge with corrugated steel webs adopts linear steel plate instead of traditional box-girder concrete web,which causes structure reduce its weight and raises the efficiency of stressing force and durability,makes construction joins convenient,construction time shorten,and reduces the cost.The article mainly study on the structure characteristics and construction technology of PC composite box-girder bridge with corrugated steel webs with the combination of the construction project of Zhencheng Yellow River Highway Bridge in Shandong Province.
