〔Abstract〕 With the advent of micro era such as ‘micro-blogging’ , ‘WeChat’ , ‘micro-classroom’ , more and more teachers appeal to reform the traditional teachers training model which needs particular place and continuous training time, and take full use of the convenience of micro-information age to realize‘fragmentation’ training and learning. This article analyzes the contradictions between traditional teacher training model and teacher training needs, putting forward the concept of constructing a virtual teacher training system which takes WeChat group as the environment. It takes the Microlecture as the core to ana-lyze the feasibility of implementing system and the characteristics, the meaning, and the training process of the training system.%随着以“微博”“微信”“微课堂”为代表的微时代的到来,越来越多的教师呼吁改革传统的需要特定地点和连续培训时间的教师培训模式,充分利用微时代所带来的信息便捷,实现“碎片化”培训学习。文章分析了传统的教师培训模式和教师培训需求之间的矛盾,提出了以微信群为环境载体,以微课程为核心构建教师虚拟培训体系的构想,分析了该培训体系的实施可行性和该培训体系的特点、意义和培训流程。
