高职院校党校建设存在的问题及应对策略研究

摘要

高职院校党校是学校党委的一个重要部门，是一个特殊的办学机构，是在党组织建设和意识形态引领工作中发挥重要作用的“校中之校”。其建设情况是否良好，关系着学校发展的方向和状态。目前，高职院校党校建设的过程中，存在一系列问题，本文对这些问题进行了剖析，并提出了相应的应对策略。%〔Abstract〕 Party School of higher vocational colleges is an important department of the Party committee of the school, which is a special education institution. It is the party organization construction and the ideo-logical guidance and plays an important role in the work of “school within a school”. Whether the construc-tion is good or not takes an important role between the state and the direction of school development. At present, there are a series of problems existing in the construction of College Party School of higher voca-tional education in the process. This article analyzes these problems, and puts forward corresponding coun-termeasures.
