Globalization is the development trend of contemporary world and trend. The development trend of globalization is influencing the concept of law with environment changes. It profoundly changes the law existence, value orientation and development direction. The traditional nation space-time background and law theory research must stand in taking globalization as the new perspective frame to research.%全球化是当代世界的发展潮流与客观趋势。全球化的发展趋势正潜移默化地影响着法理念的变迁，它深刻地改变着法的存在方式、价值取向和发展方向。传统的以民族国家为时空背景的法学理论研究必须站在以全球化为时空背景的新的视角进行研究。
