In 2011, the car production in China has been the first in the world, and is rapidly developing. With the rapid economic development of China, Chinese cities’ excessive growth of car ownership results in deteriorating urban traffic conditions. Based on the rapid growth of car ownership, this paper assesses the specific impact of the rapid growth of car ownership to people’s lives.%2011年，我国小汽车产销量已位居世界第一，并且还在快速增长。随着我国经济的快速发展，城市汽车保有量的增长迅速，导致城市交通状况不断恶化。文章在对我国城市汽车保有量增长过快原因分析的基础上，评估汽车保有量增长过快对人们生活带来的具体影响。
