人工老化纸张的力学性能综合研究

摘要

The physical properties and chemical properties of paper are changing with time. In this paper, the mechanical properties of paper are studied in accordance with the national standard from the aspects of tensile strength, tear endurance, tear strength and folding endurance to explore the change law of paper. Experiments show that the tensile strength and tear strength of the paper are all decreased with the increasing of the aging time. The average tear endurance decreased as well. The folding degree of paper is not affected by aging time.%纸张随着存放时间的增加,其物理性能和化学性能均发生一定的变化.本文对人工老化的纸张的力学性能按照国家标准从抗张强度、耐破度、撕裂度及耐折度等静态强度等方面进行研究,探求其随纸张形成时间的变化规律.实验显示随着纸张老化时间的增长,纸张的抗张强度、撕裂强度均成下降趋势,且横向变化明显于纵向.平均耐破力随老化时间的增长也逐渐减小.纸张的耐折度不随纸张老化时间的影响.
