中国对外直接投资的产业选择与区位选择分析

摘要

在对外直接投资的产业选择及区位选择上,国外学者提出了不同的理论。但在实践中,对外直接投资产业选择和区位选择是紧密结合在一起的,不可割裂开来单独分析。中国在对外直接投资中进行产业选择时,要充分考虑东道国的宏观影响因素和行业影响因素;在亚洲、非洲、欧洲和美洲等不同市场,中国应结合其不同区位特点和中国行业实际,在对外直接投资时做出合理的产业选择。同时,我国不同的产业部门在对外直接投资的区位选择上也应有所区别和侧重。%Foreign scholars have proposed different theories on OFDI (Outward Foreign Direct Investment) industry choice and location choice. However, in practice, OFDI industry choice and location choice is close- ly combined and cannot be considered separately. We should consider the host's macroeconomic factors and industry influence factors in the host countries in China OFDI industry choices. In Asia, Africa, Eu- rope and the Americas, China should combine the different location characteristics with Chinese industry condition, and then make a reasonable industry choice. At the same time,we should make different choices and have different emphases on location choice in OFDI of our different industries.
