高职院校会计专业教学模式创新研究

摘要

通过分析高职院校会计专业人才培养目标及传统教学模式存在的弊端，提出了符合国家要求，适合高职院校教学改革的“认知、实训、创新一体化”的创新教学模式。该教学模式符合高职学院的办学理念，能够培养既有动手实际操作能力又有创新能力的高质量、高素质的实用性技术人才，对于推进高等职业教育会计专业人才培养质量的全面提高、保证人才培养目标的实现具有重要的现实意义。%Through analyzing the abuse between talents＇ training objective and traditional teaching mode in accounting major of higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward the innovative teaching mode, which accords with national demand and is suitable for teaching reform in higher vocational colleges with the integration of cognizing, practical training and innovation. This teaching mode accords with higher vocational running concept, and can cultivate high quality and high qualified practical skilled talents who have not only operating ability but also innovative ability. Therefore, it can advance the full improvement of talents＇ training quality in accounting major of higher vocational education. It has the important actual significance for guaranteeing the realization of talents＇ training objective.
