高职涉外旅游专业课程标准建设的实践与思考

摘要

Curriculum standard is the carrier to realize the goal of professional talents＇training.Whether curriculum standard is designed rationally or not directly relates to the improvement of students＇professional ability.Through the further survey and research of tour enterprises,Dalian Vocational Technical College re -designs curriculum objective ,curriculum content,curriculum content,curriculum mode,curriculum teaching method and curriculum evaluation in curriculum standard of higher vocational tourism major,and applies it to the teaching practice of higher vocational foreign tour.It can realize talents＇training goal better of higher vocational tourism major,and train more guide talents for regional economic development.%课程标准是实现专业人才培养目标的载体，课程标准设计得合理与否直接关系到学生职业能力的提升。经过对旅游企业的深入调研，大连职业技术学院对高职旅游专业课程标准中的课程目标、课程内容、课程模式、课程教学方法、课程评价等方面进行了重新设计，并将其应用到高职涉外旅游的教学实践中。较好地实现了高职旅游专业的人才培养目标，为区域经济发展培养了更多的导游人才。
