立足区域经济的高职特色专业建设研究

摘要

At present there are many difficulties for higher vocational characteristic major construction.In order to get out of difficulty,it should be based on regional economy to develop the cooperation between enterprises and colleges,and show the characteristics of higher vocational colleges.It should develop characteristic major construction by fully integrating the two resources of colleges and enterprises for standing out characteristic major connotation and following the principle of characteristic major construction.It should develop the cooperation between colleges and enterprises by adopting measures,relying on regional economy for constructing the platform of cooperation between colleges and enterprises,deepening major curriculum system and content reform,innovating talents＇ training mode,constructing teaching group of part-time and full-time,establishing the resources of enterprises and colleges for sharing practical training platform,and developing interaction of enterprises and colleges for promoting the ability of professional social service.This measure can really promote the quality of educational teaching,and improve students＇ employment competition.%目前,高职特色专业建设困难重重,要走出困境必须立足区域经济开展校企合作,体现高职院校办学特色。充分整合学校与企业两种资源开展特色专业建设,突出特色专业内涵,遵循特色专业建设原则。开展校企合作,所采取的措施是,依托区域经济构建校企合作平台;深化专业课程体系与内容改革;创新人才培养模式;构建专兼结合的教学团队;搭建校企资源共享实训平台;开展校企互动提升专业社会服务能力。这一系列措施能够切实提高教育教学质量,提升学生就业竞争力。
