关于校企合作长效机制的几点思考

校企合作是培养高素质高技能人才培养的一种有效途径，是深化产学研合作的重要载体，是提高人才培养工作水平的重要方式。从校企双方利益的角度来看，构建校企合作的长效机制是一项非常重要的议题。从政府发挥主导作用、学校发挥主体作用、企业发挥主要作用三个层面入手，是构建科学合理的校企合作长效机制的最佳途径。%C ollege-enterprise cooperation is the effective approach for cultivating high-qualified and high-skilled talents, and the im portant carrier of deepening production-study-research, as w ell as the im portant form for increasing the level of talents' cultivating w ork. It is extrem ely im portant issue for establishing the long-term m echanism of college-enterprise cooperation from the angle of m utual benefits betw een colleges and enterprises. It is the best approach to construct the long-term m echanism of college-enterprise cooperation scientifically and reasonably from governm ent-oriented guiding role, college-oriented m ain body role and enterprise-oriented m ain role.
