以专业核心课程培养高职学生职业能力的探索--以信息系统项目管理课程为例

为适应社会对职业人才的要求和职业教育本身的巨大变化，满足市场的人才需求，加强高职学生职业能力的培养，从职业能力的内涵出发，分析了高职学生职业能力培养的途径，阐述了基于专业核心课程实现对高职学生职业能力培养的重要意义。并以计算机信息管理专业的专业核心课程信息系统项目管理为例分别从教学内容设计、教学组织设计、教学评价、教学实施保证四个方面对学生职业能力的培养进行探索和实践，收到了良好的效果。%In order to m eet the social dem and for professional talents and the great changes in the vocational education itself, m eet the dem and of the m arket, strengthen the cultivation of higher vocational students' vocational ability, starting from the connotation of vocational ability, it analyzes the w ay of higher vocational students' vocational ability training, expounds the significance of higher vocational students' vocational ability training based on core curriculum .
