适应区域经济发展的应用型人才培养模式研究

摘要

With the regional economic development and industrial structure adjustment in our country, cultivating a large number of applied talents with high qualities, certain professional knowledge, and strong professional skills has become the inevitable requirement of regional social and economic development. By sorting out the relationship of higher vocational education and regional economic development, and investigating the current problems in higher vocational education, it constructs higher vocational applied talent training plan in accordance with the regional economic development, and hopes to provide reference for the talent training mode of higher vocational colleges, and regional economic development.%伴随着我国区域经济发展和产业结构调整,培养大批具有较高素质、有一定专业知识、有较强专业技能的应用型人才成为区域社会经济发展的必然要求.通过梳理高职教育与区域经济发展的关系,调研当前高职院校人才培养模式普遍存在的问题,以此为基础构建适应区域经济发展的高职应用型人才培养方案,希望能对各高职院校的人才培养模式予以借鉴,为区域经济发展提供参考.
