论我国青少年犯罪社区矫正

摘要

At present,the rate of juvenile delinquency is increasing,and the trend of younger age is more worrying.To do community corrections to juvenile delinquency is the trend of the development of the penalty system.In China,minor offenses and little subjective vicious juvenile delinquency were identified as the focus of community corrections.Based on the analysis of the status of the community corrections of juvenile delinquency,the author found the shortcomings of the community corrections of juvenile delinquency and made feasible recommendations.%目前,青少年犯罪率越来越高,低龄化的态势更让人担忧。对青少年犯罪进行社区矫正,是刑罚执行制度发展的一个趋势。在我国,罪行轻微、主观恶性不大的青少年犯罪人被确定为社区矫正的重点对象之一。本文通过对我国青少年犯罪社区矫正的现状分析,发现青少年犯罪社区矫正存在的不足,并提出可行性的建议。
