论信用卡诈骗案件的现状与发展趋势

摘要

本文通过对信用卡诈骗案的收集和整理,系统分析了目前我国信用卡诈骗案的现状、特点和发展趋势,并且针对信用卡诈骗手段的不断更新,向公安人员提出了应该具有的侦查能力和技术手段。%Through the collection and collation of credit card fraud cases,the paper systematically analyzed the current status quo,characteristics and developing trend of China's credit card fraud cases,and suggested investigative capacity and technical means the public security personnel should have in view of constantly update means for credit card fraud.
