初级任职教育中教员的培养

摘要

In the teaching transformation process of primary professional institutions,the teacher training is the first of all related to the professional education.The core of primary professional education is the strengthening education taking the job task as the traction,the job requirement as the goal.With the transformation of the educational and teaching tasks in junior colleges,training teachers to meet the primary professional education is the key related to the significant primary educational outcomes.Through the analysis of the status quo of the teaching staff of junior professional education,the article explored the basic quality of the teachers should have and put forward the countermeasures to train the teachers in primary professional education.%在初级任职院校教育教学转型的过程中,首先涉及到的就是任职教育中对教员的培养。初级任职教育,其核心就是以岗位任务为牵引,岗位需求为目标的强化教育。随着初级院校教育教学任务的转型,培养满足初级任职教育的任职教员,是关系到初级任职教育成效是否显著的关键所在。文章通过对初级任职教育院校教员队伍现状的分析,探讨了任职教育中教员应具备的基本素质,并提出了初级任职教育中教员培养的对策。
