攻府应对舆情危机的对策研究

摘要

Since the reform and opening up, especially since the 21st century, our peo- ple＇s sense of democracy is constantly en- hanced that the public demand for all kinds of information and public participation to the events are continuously improved. Due to the convenience, speed, anonymity, ac- countability and other features, the internet has played an irreplaceable role in the pro- cess of accessing and disseminating informa- tion and participating in public events. However, it is because of these features that make some of the contradictions in the so- cial reality form the public opinion storm in the network. It is a test and severe chal- lenge for the government to respond to public opinion crisis. The paper studied the various modes that the government respond to public opinion crisis in all types of events in recent years, and put forward a series of government＇s countermeasures to respond to public opinion crisis.%改革开放以来，特别是21世纪以来，我国民众的民主意识不断增强，民众对各种信息的需求和公共 事件的参与程度不断提高，互联网由于自身的方便性、快捷性、匿名性、无责性等特性在民众获取、传播信息，参与公共事件的过程中发挥了不可代替的作用。然而也正是由于这些特性，往往使现实社会中的一些矛盾迅速的在网络上形成了舆情风暴，这一切都考验着政府应对的能力。也为政府如何应对舆情危机提出了严峻的挑战。文章研究了近年来政府在各类事件中应对舆情危机的各种模式，提出了一系列政府应对舆情危机的对策。
