与时俱进的变化厘久不变的信念

Since the reform and opening up for more than 30 years, the public security work in China has undergone enormous changes, in particular, the greatest change in law enforcement work of public security management, with both timely changes and immutable eternity. The paper started from the author＇s personal experience to discuss the tremendous progress of the concept, conditions and base of law enforcement in the law enforcement of public security management, law enforcement d on, as well as the constancy of the eternal faith and the style of police officers dedication to serving the people.%改革开放30多年来，我国公安工作发生了翻天覆地的变化，特别是治安管理执法工作变化最大，这里既有与时俱进的巨大的变化，又有恒久不变的永恒信念。本文从笔者亲身经历着手，重点论述治安管理执法执法理念、执法条件和执法依据的巨大进步，以及恒久不变的永恒信念公安民警全心全意服务人民群众的作风。
