腺胃炎病鸡的腺胃组织病理学观察

摘要

To provide the theoretical basis for the mechanism of the proventriculitis in chickens ,the proventriculus of the sick chickens diagnosed as proventriculitis were collected ,fixed immediately for making paraffin section ,and histopathological lesions of proventriculus were observed by light micro‐scope .The results showed that an enlarged and whitish proventriculus ;hemorrhage in nipple of proven‐triculus ,oedema of submucous and mucous .Many lymphocytes infiltrated in the tested tissues .The re‐sults suggested the extensive lesions and inflammatory reactions in proventriculus .%对腺胃炎自然发病鸡的腺胃进行病理组织学观察，可为该病发病机制提供理论依据．采集表现腺胃炎症状的鸡的腺胃，观察表观变化；再将其用福尔马林固定后，制作石蜡切片，经苏木精‐伊红（H ．E ．）染色后，显微镜观察组织病理变化．结果显示：腺胃肿大，颜色发白；腺胃乳头溃烂，出血；黏膜下层和固有层水肿，部分腺体充血、水肿，大量淋巴细胞浸润．表明患病鸡腺胃出现了严重的组织损伤，且具有明显的炎症反应．
