聋哑学生心理健康状况调查分析

     

摘要

研究采用《心理健康诊断测验MHT》对小学三年级到高中三年级140名聋哑学生进行调查,并采用描述性统计、t检验、方差检验等方法对数据分析,结果表明:(1)聋哑学生心理健康问题检出率接近25%,学习焦虑居于首位;(2)不同条件下的聋哑学生心理发展不同,女生比男生更易出现心理问题,尤其是过敏、恐怖以及冲动倾向等方面存在极其显著的差异(P≤0.01);聋哑独生子女相较于非独生子女易出现心理问题,在总体趋势、孤独、恐怖和冲动等方面差异极其显著(P≤0.01);不同学历层次的聋哑学生心理健康问题的出现也是存在显著差异,主要表现在孤独、恐怖倾向(P≤0.01)以及对人与自责等焦虑方面(P≤0.05)。并针对聋哑学生的现状提出两点教育建议以供参考。%140 deaf-mute students from grade three to grade twelve were surveyed by Mental Health Di-agnosis Test, and the data was analyzed through descriptive statistics, t-test and variance test. The results are as follows:(1) the detection rate of mental health problem among deaf-mute students is close to 25%, and learning anxiety lies in the first place;(2) mental development of deaf-mute students differs in various conditions, and girls are more prone to have psychological problems than boys; particularly, there is a sig-nificant difference between allergy, terror and impulse tendency (P≤0.01); compared to non-only child, deaf-mute only child is prone to have mental problems, there is a significant difference on overall trend, loneliness, terror and impulsive aspects (P≤0.01);there is also a significant difference in deaf-mute stu-dents' mental health problems of different education levels, mainly in loneliness and terror tendency (P≤0.01), anxiety for others and remorse aspect (P≤0.05). Finally, this paper gives two educational sugges-tions according to current situation of deaf-mute students for reference.
