Objective:To investigate the clinical value and initial experience of laparoscopic partial nephrectomy (LPN) for para-hilus kidney neoplasms. Methods: A total of 14 patients with a hilar renal mass underwent LPN from Jan. 2006 to May 2011. The mean size of tumors was 2.4 cm. The operative time, warm ischemia time, intraoperative blood loss, complications,and oncologic outcomes were analyzed. Results: All the operations were performed successfully. The mean operating time and warm ischemia time was 112 min and 27.6 min, respectively. The median estimated blood loss was 105 ml. The surgical margins and frozen sections of the tumor base were negative in all cases. No patients had evidence of local recurrence or metastatic disease. Conclusions: LPN can be safe,feasible and effective for hilar tumors in well selected and prepared patients by experienced operator.%目的:探讨及总结腹腔镜肾部分切除术治疗肾门旁肾肿瘤的疗效及经验.方法:2006年1月至2011年5月经腹腔镜肾部分切除术治疗14例肾门旁肾肿瘤,肿瘤直径平均2.4 cm.观察手术时间、热缺血时间、术中出血量、术中术后并发症、切缘阳性率等.结果:14例手术均顺利完成.热缺血时间平均27.6 min,术中出血量平均105 ml,手术时间平均112min.14例标本切缘均阴性.术后随访均未发生肿瘤转移或复发.结论:腹腔镜肾部分切除术治疗肾门旁肾肿瘤可行、有效,手术疗效良好,但手术较复杂,术者需具有熟练的腹腔镜技术,术前准备充分.
