经脐入路腹腔镜腹膜前腹股沟疝修补术4例报告

摘要

目的:探讨经脐入路腹腔镜经腹腹膜前腹股沟疝修补术(transabdominal preperitoneal prosthesis,TAPP)的安全性、可行性及近期疗效.方法:用改良腹腔镜器械为4例腹股沟斜疝患者行经脐入路腹腔镜TAPP.观察手术时间、出血量、住院时间及术中、术后并发症.结果:4例手术均获成功,手术时间50～90min,平均(62.0±17.9)min.所有患者均于术后次日出院.无术中、术后并发症发生.结论:经验丰富的腹腔镜外科医师选择合适的病例行经脐入路腹腔镜TAPP是安全可行的.%Objective:The aim of this study was to assess the safety, feasibility,and short-term outcomes of transumhilical laparoscopic transabdominal preperitoneal prosthesis (TA PP). Methods:Four cases of transumbilical laparoscopic TAPP were accomplished for indirect inguinal hernia. Outcome measures included operative time, blood loss, hospital stay, intraoperative and postoperative complications. Results:The 4 operations were successful. The operative time was 50-90min, average (62.0 ± 17.9 )min. All patients were discharged on the second day following the procedure. There were no intra or post operative complications. Conclusions: Experienced laparoscopic surgeons can accomplish transumbilical laparoscopic TAPP procedure safely and feasibly in selective patients.
