腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗急性胆囊炎的临床体会(附76例报告)

摘要

Objective:To discuss the feasibility and safety of laparoscopic cholecystectomy( LC) in treatmeat of acute cholecystitis. Methods; The clinical data of 76 cases with acute cholecystitis underwent LC were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Operations for 76 cases were successfully accomplished and conversion to open surgery was required in 8 cases( 10. 4% ). There wasn't any severe complication. The operation time was 35-120 min ( average 80 min). The hospital stay was 5-15 d ( average 7.6 d). The therapeutic effect was saticfactory. Conclusions: In condition of thorough preoperative examination, skilled laparoscopic technique, mastering the indication of conversion to laparotomy, LC is safe and feasible for acute cholecytitis.%目的:探查急性胆囊炎行腹腔镜胆囊切除术( laparsocopic cholecystectomy,LC)的可行性及安全性.方法:回顾分析为76例急性胆囊炎患者行LC的临床资料.结果:68例成功完成手术,8例(10.4％)中转开腹,无并发症发生.手术时间35～120 min,平均80 min;住院5～15d,平均7.6d；术后效果良好.结论:完善的术前检查、娴熟的腹腔镜技术、耐心细致并严格把握中转开腹指征,为急性胆囊炎患者行LC是安全、可靠的.
