基于感性工学和神经网络的产品造型设计

             

摘要

Aimed at the increasing requirement of emotional image in product design, the product form design system was developed which could duly reflect the user's evaluation of emotional image. Firstly, the form elements of product were analyzed and the kansei image of product was identified. Secondly, the BP neural network was trained according to the result of semantic difference (SD) questionnaires in order to establish nonlinear corresponding relation between kansei image and design parameters. Finally, by using CAD technology, product form design system was constructed. It was shown by a practical example of goblet design that the method was rational and feasible and the system could well reflect the user's kan sei image in product design.%针对当前产品设计中对情感意象需求的提高,建构能及时反映用户情感意象评估的产品造型设计系统.分析产品的形态要素和识别产品的感性意象认知;通过语义差分法的调查结果训练BP神经网络,建立感性意象和设计参数之间非线性的对应关系;结合计算机辅助设计技术,建构实用的产品造型设计系统.通过高脚杯的实例应用表明,该方法是合理可行性的,建构的系统在产品设计中能很好地反映用户的感性意象.
