风电齿轮箱传动系统的振动特性分析

         

摘要

In order to characterize accurately the vibration property of gearbox transmission system of wind turbines,the gearbox transmission system of a 2 MW wind turbine was taken as investigation object to establish its dynamic model,where the influence of gravity of every components proper and bending moment of shafts on the uniformity of loads onto the transmission system was taken into account and the dynamic theory of gear transmission system was utilized.Further,in order to realize interrelation of transmission stages of this system with each other,a method for establishment of the stiffness matrix and mass matrix of the system was presented with jointing elements instead of components,so that the jointing element-based stiffness matrix and mass matrix were established for the gearbox transmission system and its intrinsic frequency was found in the form of five vibration modes.Finally,the actually tested wind load at a wind farm was taken as external excitation of the gearbox,the set of differential equations of vibration of the gearbox transmission system was solved with the method of given solution form,and the vibration response of every components of the system was computed and obtained.It was known from analysis that the divergence degree of the locus of shaft center would be positively dependent on the violence of vibration amplitude variation of the component and the resonance would not take place with the system,so that providing a theoretical basis for designing and reliability evaluating of gearbox transmission system of wind turbines.%为了准确描述风电齿轮箱传动系统的振动特性,以2MW风电齿轮箱传动系统为研究对象,考虑各零部件自身的重力及轴的弯矩对传动系统均载的影响,结合齿轮传动系统动力学理论建立齿轮箱传动系统的动力学模型;为实现齿轮箱传动系统各传动级之间的关联,提出应用联接构件代替零件建立系统刚度矩阵与质量矩阵的方法,建立基于联接构件的齿轮箱传动系统的刚度矩阵和质量矩阵,求解出可分为五种振动类型的固有频率;最后以某风场实测风载荷作为齿轮箱外部激励,采用给定解形式的方法对齿轮箱传动系统的振动微分方程组进行求解,计算得到系统各零部件的振动响应,通过分析可知轴心轨迹的发散程度与零部件振动幅值变化的剧烈程度正相关,且齿轮箱传动系统没有发生共振.为风电齿轮箱传动系统的设计及可靠度计算提供了理论依据.
